Frequently Asked Questions
Who can apply for the Fly Forward Programs?
Our programs are open to everyone aged 14–25, from all backgrounds and walks of life. No prior aviation experience is required, just passion and commitment.
Do you only support London-based aviators?
No matter where you are in the United Kingdom, we’re here to support you. Most of our special events take place in London, and if you live in or near the city, we may be able to help with travel to and from the event. Please contact us via email for more information.
Why have I been asked to provide my household salary?
Our charity is dedicated to supporting disadvantaged students who might not otherwise have the opportunity to access aviation training. For this reason, we may ask for your household income to ensure you meet our eligibility criteria. Don’t worry; if you fall outside our scholarship ranges, we can offer alternative programs that may be a better fit for you!
What is your age targets, and will this effect my application?
Our primary focus is on supporting young people aged 11–17, but we also welcome students up to age 25. Age only becomes a key factor when we experience high demand, as we then prioritise disadvantaged and teenage students first.
